Hi! My name is Scadoo and I am a neutered male
Shepherd mix who is four years old and looking for a new home. I was
adopted, as a puppy, from this shelter four years ago and had a very happy life
until my owner passed away. Needless to say, I was very upset when this
happened, and to make things worse, I found myself without anyone to love and
care for me. My owner's friend felt sorry for me and took me in, hoping to
find me a new, permanent home. The truth is that he was unsuccessful in his
mission, and, as a last resort, called upon the shelter to try to rehome me.
People here say that I am a very sweet dog who loves to run and play fetch. I am
a young man who has a very alert look about him and I enjoy being with people
and will let them know when I am especially fond of someone. I am one fellow who
is a real gentleman...totally housetrained and eager to please, I think I would
prefer to be in a home when I could be "King of the Household" (without a canine
sibling) and I would probably be happiest in a home with older children
(over 12 years old). Looking for a dog who will just fit into your home
without any problems? Then you have found him...just call upon Scadoo to be your
loyal friend and you will have found a winner!
