Is this a patient dog or what? Totally trusting...
Editor's note: (Multiple patting is one of the tests that Delta Society dogs must pass in order to become a certified Therapy Dog. Lottie would pass this segment of the test with flying colors.)

You said, "Smile", didn't you?

I'd like to be a lap dog...

Good figure?  You bet!

LOTTIE

Hi! My name is Lottie and I am a spayed female Rottie/Boxer??? mix who hopes to find a new home soon. I am an usual looking young lady, unusual, in the sense that I have a very beguiling smile. I can guarantee that I will be a real head-turner when you take me for walks. My comical little grin is sure to bring a smile to every human that I meet.  I am a good girl, energetic, but not too energetic, and I quickly become the center of attention at any party that I attend. I was rescued from a shelter in the city, and I am hoping that someone in Westchester will see my picture and description, and will immediately think, " That's the perfect dog for me!"   Recently a group of Girl Scouts came to the shelter and I was the lucky one who was chosen to meet them. I loved to see each one of them and I hope I made them all feel special. I didn't care if they all patted me at the same time as long as I was the center of attention. The pictures of me with the girls are below this description. Please come and meet Lottie...the young lady with the "never-to-be-forgotten" pretty smile and wonderful personality to go with it.

    Wonderful with children…
