   Hi!   My name is Katie and I was brought to the shelter when my caretaker, an elderly
    gentleman, became sick and found that he was no longer able to care for me. I am a pretty
    little girl with one crinkled ear and an adorable pink nose! I have a very sweet disposition
    and I truly love my human friends. Because I have lived as an only cat throughout my whole
 l  life, I am not too comfortable around other animals. I would, therefore, prefer to be adopted
    into a home where I am your one and only pet.
