A really snuggly little soul...

 little Kate
 

    Hi!  My name is Kate and I am a spayed female Beagle who somehow wandered away from my home and couldn't find my way back to my house. I guess my family really didn't care, because they never came to the shelter to see if I was there. Perhaps they didn't know where to begin to look for me, and just never bothered to ask someone who would have told them to check the shelter. I am a gentle, sweet little girl who gets along just fine with other dogs, and, of course, people. I am friendly and have a happy up-beat disposition. I love to go on walks, but, then again, what dog doesn't like a sniff or two around the neighborhood just to find out what other dogs are up to. It is kind of equivalent to humans reading the local newspaper. One of my favorite things to do is to cuddle and keep my human companion company. If you are looking for a lady, with good leash manners...a real lady who knows how to behave, then ask for Kate...They'll know where to find me.
