   Hi!   My name is Cookie Puss and I was abandoned by my owner who moved away and left
    me behind. I have been described as "sweet, demure, and affectionate" so that will give
    you an idea of what I am like.  I have a beautiful coat and my eyes match the flecks of
    gold throughout my tortoiseshell coat. I get along well with people and other cats despite
    the fact that I am a little shy when you first meet me.  When we are introduced to each
    other you will soon see that I will be comfortable with you and my real personality will
    begin to emerge. Change is not easy for me, but I know I will be able to relax once we
    get to know each other better.
