   Hi!   My name is Button and when I arrived at the shelter I was very dirty and I had a
    terrible sore on my bottom. This happened when I was left in the basement of an
    apartment building and I somehow got injured. Despite my aches and pains, I kept
    my sweet temperament and will always appreciate what the shelter people did for me. I
    love to be petted and will always welcome a kind soul who is willing to lavish me with
    attention. I am gradually getting used to my kitty mates at the shelter, but I have never
    been introduced to a dog. That experience is yet to come. I'd love to meet you....
